A bowl of good ramen starts with its soul, the broth. Our skillful and long cooking process gives the broth excellent depth of flavor and a creamy texture. We changed the traditional pork bone soup base to chicken bone base for the American taste buds. From freshly prepared ingredients to the soup base and then to the final flavored broth, every bowl of broth we make takes 8 hours, with love for each of our customer. The rich flavor of broth, great texture of noodle, topped with tender char siu pork and perfectly seasoned boiled egg, we bring you a fantastic ramen experience.

Genuinely my favorite ramen place in the state. Ive been to countless ones in NC and nothing has beat Koi Ramen. I always get the black garlic ramen and it is divine every single time. Its rich, comforting, and so delicious. Their chashu pork especially to die for!! So incredibly tender with a gorgeous flavor I cant describe. Their service is super quick and they are very friendly! Its always such a joy when visiting! The atmosphere is cozy and warm and clean! Absolutely recommend this to anyone whos visiting Raleigh!!

I've been here maybe 6 times now, over the past 3 years. This is one of my favorite hidden gems in Cary. A little out of the way if you don't know what you're looking for but worth the stop. I love the curry ramen 🍜 😊 but I haven't had a bad menu item yet

High quality food, fast service, and such a cozy atmosphere! The ramen was absolutely delicious, rich flavorful broth, tender pork, perfectly cooked jammy eggs, fresh green onions, and noodles cooked just right! Everything tasted super fresh. The vibes here are great whether you’re going for a casual date night or grabbing takeout for a cozy night in. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the whole experience was super comforting and satisfying. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Tiny but mighty! This place is small but man does it pack a punch. Honestly, right now for me, this place is the best ramen spot I've been to in the area. The broth is so flavorful and aromatic. The ramen is plentiful and the Black Garlic Ramen is top tier, the one that will have me coming back over and over.

Koi Ramen delivered an outstanding meal from start to finish. I ordered the Karaage Fried Chicken appetizer, Crispy Shumai, and white rice, and everything was delicious. The Karaage chicken was perfectly seasoned — super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The dipping sauce paired with it was rich and flavorful, making each bite even better. The Crispy Shumai had a great crunch and a really nice savory flavor, and the white rice was fresh, fluffy, and the perfect complement to the appetizers. Everything was presented beautifully, the portions were generous, and the food tasted freshly made.
